This policy explains how Vanceri Corporation ("we," "us") handles information collected through the Agora waitlist website. Agora is a social app that is not yet publicly available; this site exists to let people join a waitlist ahead of launch.
If you join the waitlist, we collect only:
We do not collect your name, location, contacts, or payment details on this site, and we do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising trackers.
We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when Agora launches and to share related launch updates. We will not sell or rent your information, and we will not use it for unrelated marketing.
Waitlist entries are stored using Supabase (our database and backend provider), and this website is served by Netlify (our hosting provider). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Data may be stored or processed in the United States.
We keep waitlist entries until launch and for a reasonable period afterward to send launch communications, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.
You can ask us to access or delete your waitlist entry at any time by emailing ho@vanceri.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy before launch as the product takes shape. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
